€78 million in new real estate projects across Gaia and Colombia

Retail Mind is moving forward with €78 million in new real estate projects in Portugal and Colombia. In Vila Nova de Gaia, it is developing a €45 million project with 115 apartments and around 3,800 sqm of retail. In Colombia, three mixed-use projects are planned — combining retail parks, housing and a hotel — for an investment of €33 million.
